Every lab group has a kitchen job. These jobs are in place so that the kitchen is well maintained and is kept up to the cleanly standards. It is imperative that everyone gets their kitchen jobs done so we have a safe, healthy working environment.
Laundry- One group is assigned to wash all of the clothing including aprons, and chefs coats.
Dish Station- This group is to make sure the area around the sink are clean and well maintained. Also they have a role o help make sure all items are in the right place at the right time.
Tools- The tools group are in charge of making sure all of the items are put away in a neat and fashioned manner. They are also in charge to make sure all the items are where they belong.
Refrigerator- This group is the group closest to the refrigerator. They have all the cleaning duties of everyone else, but also need to help make sure the items in the fridge are where they are supposed to be and at the right temperature.
Supply Table/Stove Range- This group is to help keep all the supplies maintained as well. Along with all the sugars, and condiments.
